Sabo is the Chief of Staff of the Revolutionary Army and the second-in-command after Dragon. He is also the sworn brother of Monkey D. Luffy and Portgas D. Ace, although he was presumed dead for many years after a childhood attempt to sail out to sea went wrong. Sabo survived the incident, lost his memory, and joined the revolutionaries before regaining his memories upon hearing of Ace's death. He possesses the Flame-Flame Fruit and uses the pipe as his weapon.
